Design and production of electronic equipment for spray booths.
Our challenge in this project was the implementation of a user-friendly interface and the simplification of the existing system based on electric components with a large control panel.
We developed a microprocessor-based electronic control with a user-friendly interface to manage the whole process of painting and drying, controlling the pressure and temperature of the booth, and the speed of the injection and aspiration engines. Moreover, we implemented a solid communication system via BUS RS 485 interface that allows connecting several booths.
The result is a very popular product that has increased exponentially booth capabilities, drastically reducing the internal wiring, and facilitating assembly and maintenance.
